Graduating in Building Engineering-Architecture from the University of Pavia in 2011, Stefano worked as a freelancer at engineering and architecture company, developing his technical expertise in the field of plant/energy systems. Since 2018, he has managed A2A Energy Solutions as Head of Operations in private sector, coordinating integrated energy retrofit projects for existing buildings. He then continued his growyh within General Contractor companies, also obtaining a Master’s in Managerial Development at Luiss Business School. Stefano is also a member of the Energy Commissions at Pavia Order of Engineers and CROIL of the Lombardy Region.

Main area of activity in R2M:

Stefano is the Manager of the “Energy Services” division and is responsible for its development from both a commercial and technical perspective. With previous experience at A2A as Head of Operations for the ESCo Energy Solutions and within General Contractor companies like Teicos, Stefano has developed cross-disciplinary expertise encompassing technical, economic, and innovation aspects in the field of energy efficiency, enabling him to manage projects comprehensively. A member of the Order of Engineers of Pavia and the Energy Sources and Systems Commission of the Lombardy Region, Stefano also brings to R2M a strong network of designers, companies, and institutions in the field of building energy retrofitting.
