Milad Zoghi

Sustainability engineer and EU-project researcher
Milad holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in civil and environmental engineering from Iran. In his Master’s degree, he focused on the integration of BIM and LCA tools to optimize C&D wastes in building construction. In 2024, he earned his Ph.D. in Architecture, Built Environment, and Construction Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. Throughout his academic journey, Milad has actively participated in numerous research projects, accumulating valuable experience in sustainability, smart readiness indicators (SRI), building physics, and energy monitoring research. His contributions have resulted in over 10 publications in reputable journals, highlighting his expertise and dedication to advancing smart sustainable practices. Before joining R2M, he gained practical experience through an internship at Tekser S.r.l. and as a project manager at Studio Michaelides Associati.

Main area of activity in R2M:

Milad contributes his expertise to two divisions of Sustainability and Innovation, specializing in sustainability certifications and SRI-based EU research projects.
