Marcella has over 20 years’ experience in managing and coordinating national and international research projects. She graduated in Philosophy from the University of Parma with a PhD in Political Science from the Free University of Rome San Pio V, today the University of International Studies of Rome (UNINT). She immediately started with the administrative and financial management of national and international funded research projects both at the Centre for Central-Eastern and Balkan Europe, Faculty of Political Science of the University of Bologna, Forlì, where she had worked for more than 10 years and in other realities for the development of continuous training and the promotion of good practices of the vocational training system in Italy. Over the past 14 years, she has specialised in large international realities, also active in the world of research, acquiring new skills and experience in the management of not only administrative aspects, but also in the communication and promotion of results within innovation and research projects such as FP7 – Horizon 2020 – Life and Horizon Europe and others.
Marcella Del Vecchio is actively involved in R2M’s Innovation Division and, in addition to administrative and financial management activities, provides consultancy and assistance to promote the development and growth process of enterprises entering the world of European projects. Her aim is to make financing mechanisms accessible, accompanying enterprises in all stages of the process, facilitating administrative and financial management, a necessary tool for research and development of new technologies.
