Coralie Vella

EU Project Manager | Sustainable Transition of Territories
Coralie has two master’s degrees, both under an apprenticeship contract. The first is in Human Resources (Université Côte d’Azur, 2023), during which she worked as an IT recruiter. She developed communication skills through all the interviews she has conducted. Thanks to this two-year experience, she realised her interest in “Motivation and Commitment at Work”, which she explored in her two Master’s thesis. At the same time, she discovered entrepreneurship through volunteering at a hackathon and became passionate about project management. Wanting to get more involved in territorial transition, she decided to do another Masters in Innovation and Management of Territorial Transition (Université Côte d’Azur, 2024). She had the opportunity to join the team of La French Tech Côte d’Azur as a communication officer to strengthen her skills in community management, while her course completed her understanding of the management of innovative projects. In June 2024, she led a team of 4 people in organising a whole event of workshops and roundtable discussions called “Territories in Transition”, from scratch, in Nice. Coralie joined the R2M’s France team in December 2024.

Main area of activity in R2M:
