MIPIM is the property and real estate event that every year brings together investors, developers, public institutions, and innovative companies to discuss global trends, explore business opportunities, and showcase cutting-edge solutions for the future of urban planning and sustainability.

We’ll participate in MIPIM 2025 within the Italian Greenway, the official Italian pavilion at the Road to Zero Area. A space dedicated to showcasing innovative solutions for decarbonizing the real estate sector. The initiative combines exhibition space, networking and collaboration opportunities, and a rich conference program on carbon reduction topics.

Returning for its second edition, the Italian Greenway Initiative aims to highlight Italian real estate companies engaged in sustainability projects. 

Alessandro Lodigiani, Country Manager Italy, and Lorenzo Cifariello, Technical Manager, will bring all our innovations for the  decarbonisation and the digitalisation of the Real Estate sector, with a particular focus on:

• BrainBox AI: An artificial intelligence system for building energy optimization, capable of reducing consumption and improving occupant comfort through advanced predictive analysis.

• Smart Living EPC: An innovative model of Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for the intelligent retrofitting of buildings, combining digital technologies and smart solutions to ensure efficiency and sustainability.

Don’t miss the session dedicated to the Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI), the EU-promoted metric that assesses a building’s ability to integrate smart technologies to enhance energy efficiency, comfort, and adaptability, supporting decarbonization.
