The construction sector is among the least digitized industries in Europe, with SMEs struggling to adopt digital solutions. A key issue is the lack of properly trained trainers who can guide SMEs in this transition. ET4DIGITAL will create innovative tools and a capacity-building program for trainers, helping them break down barriers to SME digital adoption. A demonstrator will be developed to provide hands-on digital technology experience. The project will contribute to increasing the digital skills of trainers, enabling them to support SMEs and foster the digital transition in the construction industry across Europe.

R2M is a project partner contributing to the analysis of digital technologies and trainers’ skill gaps. It also supports the design of training courses and market transfer activities.
