Rachel Desmaris is an engineer in innovation management from the Institut National Polytechnique de Lorraine (ENSGSI) and holds a degree in environmental management and urbanization from Glasgow Caledonian University.
Rachel’s professional goal is to support the development of companies through innovation management and business model development.
She started her career in the Growth-capital investment sector at Cleantech Business Angels. Through business analysis and networking skills she selected and connected investors with emerging greentech companies.
In 2011 she joined CSTB – the French Scientific and Technical Centre for Buildings in the Marketing and International Development team. She led several market researches on construction products, software tools, BIM applications and clients’ satisfaction. She also coordinated standardization activities of the CSTB in the ISO, CEN&CENELEC and AFNOR instances.
In 2019 she joined R2M Solution as Innovation project manager.
Main area of activity in R2M:
Rachel Desmaris is part of R2M Solution France. She is involved in the H2020 European projects TURNKEY RETROFIT and EENVEST as Project Manager and is part of the team for MAKING-CITY. She is also part of Onyx France service line as Business Developer.
